we do not offer returns or refunds

for change of mind or incorrect details

provided at checkout.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged

or there is a mistake on our part

please contact us within 7 days of delivery

 with photos and a description of the issue. 

We’ll gladly send a replacement 

or offer a full refund where appropriate.

all personalisation details provided
