Because each item is custom-made and personalised we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect details provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund where appropriate.
